1. Disciplinary and functional responsibility for material technology RGC
- Provide projects and lifecycle with a materials portfolio acc. to the BSH requirements, standards and regulations to allow SOP acc. to aligned roadmap and time plans
- Interface for cross-material needs, internal coordination of roadmap, lifecycle projects and cost reduction initiatives in the operative phase with the material team in RGC
- Coordinate overarching proj ect material needs
- Coordinate and consult problem solving using 8D Methodology
2. Regional SRT footprint strategy development and deployment, global alignment with other regions
- Make breakdown of global SRT strategy and consider regional demands RGC in regard to competency, site and resource development
- Ensure to develop RGC accordingly
3. Roadmap planning RGC with all categories for all material groups. Identification of key-projects, ensure early integration to avoid bottlenecks
- Approach Operations Management and Development (GDE-xx ) stakeholders for architecture and roadmap planning RGC and prepare resource needs for metals, organics and surface materials
- Document the technical information of the key-projects in regard to material impact and align with SRT project function (Project Key Account Manager)
- Provide resource needed for RGC
4. Drive Innovation in the area of Material Technology impacting positively Product Categories and Shared Services:
- Implement working process, develop innovative materials and verification methods for CMF (Color, Material, Finishes)
- Develop new material technologies and process that reduce cost for home appliances
- Lead Expert Teams regionally and globally to find innovative solutions for existing problems
- Develop and implement Model Based Engineering and Material Simulation
5. Managing of escalations and cross-category prioritization RGC
- Ensure allocation of SRTC resources to the best benefit of BSH in case of cross-category conflicts in projects, lifecycle and cost reduction measures
- Agree with relevant stakeholders on priority based on defined parameters for all king of projects/initiatives
6.Global release activities in the frame of GDE-SRT process, specification:
- provide global releases for other regions
- apply global standards to enable cross-regional sourcing
- share resources in global team in case of bottlenecks
- Plan the needed changes in Standard and Regulation on materials area in cooperation with GDE-SRN, GSTs and Categories
1.More than 8 years of material related experience
2.More than 2 years of project management experience, more than 2 years of management experience
3.Over 1 year of cross-cultural communication and dining experience
4.Materials technology knowhow with broad knowledge of several material groups:
Metals Polymers Surface materials
- Skills to lead a team in a complex environment

- Have professional knowhow about materials and the capability to close the technical gaps during work.
