Job Description

  • On-Trade Strategy Development and Execution
    • Formulate and implement a comprehensive on-trade sales strategy to maximize brand visibility and increase market share within the on-trade channel.
    • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets across bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of on-trade account managers, fostering a collaborative environment and setting performance standards.
    • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and supports professional development to build future leaders within the organization.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade partners, including high-end bars, restaurants, and other premium venues.
    • Conduct regular visits to on-trade clients to enhance partnerships, gather market insights, and provide support for brand activations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong network within the on-trade sector.
  • Experience working with luxury or premium brands.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and CRM software.
