Responsibilities
1. From the perspective of business growth, output global category/product strategies to guide product selection, investment promotion and operation implementation 2. Actively understand changes in user needs and industry trends, output reasonable category planning and product selection pricing suggestions, and guide business investment promotion 3. Responsible for the full life cycle management of products, including new product cold start, hot product incubation and retention strategies, and optimize product dynamic sales structure 4. Responsible for the operation of large single products (such as cherries, etc.), able to serve as a project PM, effectively organize supply, traffic, marketing, products and other resources, promote the implementation of strategies, and achieve performance growth goals 5. Responsible for the research and implementation of commodity projects, such as user product preference research, new customer scenario selection strategies, and efficiency improvement of commodity subsidies by category, to accumulate commodity operation work methods or experience.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of Internet operation experience, those with experience in e-commerce and O2O product operation are preferred, and those with entrepreneurial project experience are preferred 2. More than 3 years of team management experience, with a good overall business perspective 3. Able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities, good at formulating strategies, coordinating with relevant parties to promote implementation, and lead the team to get results 4. Proficient in using data extraction and data organization tools, with good data analysis capabilities, and use data to guide the achievement of operational goals 5. Have good communication and collaboration skills, can efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote operations to move forward 6. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-drive, and teamwork spirit.
