Responsible for the service-side R&D work in one or more areas of TikTok's main architecture direction 2. Promote the technical planning and project implementation of high-concurrency and high-availability Feeds online business system and content core services 3. Based on a deep understanding of the business, abstract the business models in key areas and build a reasonable system architecture to meet the requirements of security, data consistency, availability, stability, scalability, etc. 4. With good project management and coordination and communication skills, be responsible for the promotion of key projects.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in Golang/Java/Python common frameworks, and have a deep understanding of the features provided by the framework and the details of its implementation principles 2. Familiar with distributed systems, proficient in relational and non-relational databases, proficient in more than one service framework and message middleware, and understand their respective implementation principles and usage scenarios 3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive and growth mindset 4. Team management experience is a plus.
