Responsible for the product construction of the software R&D production line, and improve the R&D experience, quality and productivity of engineers 2. Research the application of large language models in R&D scenarios, and formulate product strategies and plans for the application layer 3. Understand the technology of large language models, connect with the technical team, and ensure the technical feasibility of product development 4. Promote the product development and optimization of the TikTok platform to ensure that the product is successfully launched to the market 5. Integrate product resources, coordinate R&D, design, operations and other departments to ensure that the product is successfully launched to the market 6. Continuously optimize products according to user needs, improve user experience, and enhance product competitiveness promptly and proactively grasp the latest industry trends and provide ideas for product innovation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer science, artificial intelligence or related majors, more than 5 years of product manager work experience 2. Have a strong interest in large language model technology and have a certain technical understanding ability 3. Good communication and coordination skills, product planning and project promotion capabilities 4. Strong Data analysis ability, able to use data to drive product decisions 5. Have unique insights into innovative products, be able to proactively discover internal R&D scenario opportunities and convert them into product needs 6. Those with GPT-related works are preferred, and those with AI-related product design background are preferred.
