Head of Regulatory and Compliance APAC (SVP)

A US headquartered financial technology firm is seeking a senior lawyer to join their Global Regulatory and Compliance Team, based in Hong Kong or Singapore. This role will assist with a variety of regulatory activities both at the firm level and for investment vehicles across APAC, including international entities which are licensed to conduct regulated activities. The ideal candidate is a common law qualified regulatory or investment funds lawyer with 10+ years of experience gained from private practice and/or an in-house role in the asset management industry. Strong in-house experience working closely with client solution and product development teams, as well as in-depth knowledge of cross-border rules and regulations are strongly preferred. WS10677
