The Opportunity

We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. We are seeking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales for North Asia to drive our sales initiatives in this vital region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the financial services sector, and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that targets new markets, specifically Japan and Korea.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in North Asia.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for partner sales to enhance collaboration and expand our reach within the region.
  • Lead and mentor the current sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving ambitious targets.
  • Identify and target new markets and customer segments, including acquiring new logos to broaden our customer base.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for growth in Japan and Korea.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met.

What are we looking for

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the financial services industry or related sectors, with a focus on North Asia.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the financial services landscape of Japan and Korea.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive execution and achieve results.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other local language relevant to the North Asia region.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
