We are seeking a highly experienced professional for the role of Head of Sales for Spice Products. This position requires a senior-level candidate with extensive experience in International B2B Sales, exceptional ability to work effectively with buyers, and strong alignment with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management and Development: Lead the sales team in expanding market presence and developing new business opportunities across the APAC region, including Vietnam, China, and Singapore.
Buyer Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Buyers to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of sales targets.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment in business activities and implementation of sales strategies.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with market needs and company objectives.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent and flexible communication skills, with the ability to adapt and respond swiftly in a multicultural work environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in International B2B Sales, particularly within the spice industry or similar sectors.
Proven experience in working with Buyers and coordinating internal teams is essential.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
Languages: Basic proficiency in Chinese is advantageous. Fluent English is required.
