Job Responsibilities

1. Have rich clinical medical knowledge and health assessment ability, and be able to develop personal health management plans and chronic disease management plans
2. Be proficient in report interpretation, develop personalized health management plans, improve standard follow-up processes, guide department members to carry out chronic disease case management, and carry out follow-up work according to the plan
3. Independently carry out popular science lectures, online and offline popular science lectures
4. Carry out business training, conduct team management, and formulate departmental processes and management systems
5. Participate in health management service operations and cooperate with the promotion of health management.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of clinical doctor & nursing work experience in tertiary hospitals
2. More than 3 years of work experience in health management services
3. Professional title: intermediate or above
4. Required majors: clinical medicine (internal medicine, geriatrics, general practice, integrated Chinese and Western medicine, health management, sports rehabilitation), clinical nutrition, clinical nursing (internal medicine, geriatrics, general practice, integrated Chinese and Western medicine).
