Responsibilities
1. With the help of social channels, promote the interaction between authors and the platform's content creation direction, improve user stickiness and selected content submission activity, and help more high-potential creators become platform selected creators 2. Independently capture hot topics and popular trends based on the selected content standards of each vertical category, formulate content optimization strategies for author submission videos and accounts in different vertical categories, and work with the collaborative team to implement them, assist authors in growth, and achieve platform selected content/author growth 3. Organize and implement online and offline activities, such as creator growth training camps, challenges, live events, author interviews, etc., to increase author participation and attract more creators to become platform-selected authors 4. Use data analysis tools to monitor the behavior of high-value creators and the effectiveness of content creation, and adjust strategies and optimize content based on data feedback 5. For high-priority issues, you can independently initiate and lead optimization projects, complete project allocation, promote project progress, and achieve project goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant short video platform operation experience, relevant service product operation/project experience is a plus 2. Familiar with the operating rules and ecological environment of the Douyin platform, and able to skillfully use platform tools for operation 3. Possess the perception and data analysis capabilities of high-quality selected content, and be able to accurately understand the platform's creative guidance direction 4. Possess good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to collaborate efficiently with different departments and partners 5. Have innovative thinking, dare to try new growth methods and marketing packaging strategies, and be able to adapt to the rapidly changing ecological environment of high-value creators 6. Those with user growth operations and project experience in a single or multiple vertical categories are preferred.
