Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design of merchant growth and operation strategies, including but not limited to building a merchant stratification system, providing growth transition paths, pallet strategies, etc., formulating corresponding traction incentive mechanisms, and being responsible for merchant operating indicators 2. Build and optimize merchant management and control strategies and governance strategy systems, monitor and warn negative problems through data analysis, complete mechanism construction and rule output for merchant violation scenarios, guide merchants to solve negative problems, achieve effective management and control of illegal merchant products, and improve the health of the industry ecology 3. Support merchant strategy analysis and policy design, deeply understand the business, provide strategic insights from the perspectives of platform, merchant, market competition, etc., formulate designs including merchant framework, commission policy, design merchant strategy-related processes, rules and systems, and follow up on merchant framework signing, execution, commission payment and other links 4. Accumulate merchant business methodology, work closely with business in the directions of cargo tray, marketing and traffic growth, efficiently implement and verify the effectiveness of traction strategy, continuously iterate and optimize, and promote scale coverage by creating benchmark cases, task traction, incentive leveraging and other methods.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of business analysis, strategy, merchant/product operation experience, experience in e-commerce, local life, home improvement industry is preferred 2. Good logical thinking, strong strategy and analysis ability, master statistical knowledge, familiar with SQL 3. Good communication, collaboration and project management ability, able to coordinate and integrate resources, and strongly promote the implementation of all parties 4. Be resilient, have a sense of responsibility and purpose, be able to grasp the key points to solve complex problems, and be long-termist.
