Hotspot Operations

1. Through platform/user/market research and data analysis, gain in-depth insights into user search and hotspot consumption needs, plan the overall hotspot operation direction, output operation plans and strategies, communicate and promote various cooperation nodes in the role of person in charge, and be responsible for the implementation of plans/strategies and the final results 2. Work closely with product/algorithm/data application teams, combine hotspot business goals, and continuously iterate the overall link and build product capabilities for hotspot mining, production, distribution, and dissemination 3. Gain insight into the development trends of platform hot spots, pay attention to real-time and predictable hot spots inside and outside the site, be able to quickly identify and respond, lead the team to formulate and implement strategic plans, promote the fermentation and dissemination of hot spots, and create high-quality out-of-circle cases 4. Be responsible for the construction of hot spot operation workflows, participate in the construction of hot spot product channels, formulate internal and external coordination mechanisms, and improve operational efficiency and benefits 5. Promote cross-departmental cooperation, work closely with product, vertical, ecological and other modules, and be responsible for the overall product effect goals.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience in Internet content strategy, activities or product operations, experience in mainstream platform hot spot operations is preferred 2. Familiar with platform content products, have a full understanding of search content operations, familiar with the overall chain of content production, distribution and dissemination, and have good product insight and strategic thinking 3. Strong sensitivity to hot spots, content judgment and planning ability, strong understanding of user needs, able to accurately understand users content preferences, deep understanding, insight and sensitivity of Internet popular culture and hot spots, and precipitation of operation methodology 4. Rich experience in project planning and coordination, ability to disassemble complex problems, excellent logical thinking and communication and collaboration skills, and able to promote work and collaboration in complex environments 5. English can be used as a working language to meet the needs of cross-border and cross-cultural communication and collaboration, and overseas team collaboration and project experience are added points 6. Have a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation, be willing to accept challenges, and be able to maintain a good working state under great pressure.
