About The Role
The System Integration Analyst is crucial for maintaining the seamless integration and functionality of the accounting module within CargoWise. This role is vital for ensuring the system's compatibility and functionality with internal and external systems, supporting global operations.
Key Accountabilities
System Integration and Support:
- Evaluate and implements enhancement requests for the accounting operations within CargoWise.
- Facilitate the integration of CargoWise accounting functionalities with various external systems, such as legacy accounting system, local compliance platforms and visibility tools.
- Manage the global deployment, ongoing support, and troubleshooting of CargoWise.
Operational Excellence
- Provide regular updates on system status and manage the resolution of issues independently.
- Ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency in system integration practices.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in systems analysis with a focus on accounting solutions.
- Extensive expertise in SQL, particularly MS SQL.
- Experience with financial modules such as accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Knowledge of Webservices, JSON, and experience in working with external APIs.
- Self-motivated with a passion for resolving complex issues.
Prior experience with CargoWise and in the logistics or forwarding business sector is highly desirable.
