Key responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to C&B.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct regular salary surveys and salary benchmarking exercise to ensure fair compensation
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
