We are looking for a
HR Advisor to join our team at the
Taipei, Taiwan office.
The job holder supports the Human Resources function through providing a flexible and professional HR advice throughout the onshore and offshore community.
The successful candidate must be able to work out of Taiwan.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a primary contact for all HR Admin matters;
- Develop a constructive and professional relationship with all stakeholders;
- Manage across disciplines to ensure delivery of HR operations and Training needs;
- Manage local HR Induction, Training and Onboard process for newcomers (Expats, Contractors, regular Employees);
- Support employees with training, arrangement and Suppliers recommendation;
- Review HR Admin processes on an ongoing basis to ensure relevancy and compliance and recommend changes when necessary;
- Monitor and update any employee movement, absence and resignation management;
- Open and follow up Personnel Action Notice (PAN) for recruitment, newhring, title changes, promotions, salary adjustment and bonus, including letters when necessary;
- Analyse salaries inconsistences, keep salaries benchmarking updated and recommend changes when necessary;
- Manage local timesheets, overtimes and extra payment and send the consolidation report to payroll, when necessary.
- Manage the employment agreement (regular employees, contractors and expats) in an accurate and timely manner and validate all terms & conditions (T&C) are compliant with local legislation, internal policies and procedures;
- Manage the Recruitment and Outplacement Contracts Agencies in Taiwan.
- Monitor the expats assignment and records control, provide all services according to Global Mobility requirements (removal, Visa, Accommodation, etc);
- Manage the Contractors Assignments, confirmation order, timesheets, expenses claims and validate the invoices received from Agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and all relevant functional policies, processes, and procedures from Seaway7;
- Check and prepare Monthly HR Audit files for audit by Senior/HR Business Partner
- Support in ad-hoc projects, disciplinary and grievance cases as assigned;
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection and integrity of the Global Employment Company;
What You Will Bring To The Team

- Degree qualified in relevant subject matter;
- Fluent and advanced English is mandatory (write, read and talk);
- Experience in HR operations including HR Shared Services; Payroll, systems and processes;
- SAP System experience would be a positive attribute;
- Knowledge and experience in Taiwan Labor Standard Act;
- Experience with Global Mobility and Foreign Employees;
- Able to prioritise a complex workload and manage customer expectations;
- Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust and respect of client groups;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Initiates action, adjusts approaches as necessary, and is committed to customer well-being.

- Adaptable and pro-active with a structured and methodical approach to tasks, with the ability to deliver in a busy setting.
