Job Description

I am seeking an HR Assistant Manager for a MNL client in the hospitality sector. The role reports to the Country HR Head and will have an assistant to support the daily chores. The work location for this position is near Taoyuan International Airport, accessible via the Airport Expressway.

*** Job Specifications ***

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment operations for the organization.
  2. Provide manpower demand analysis, maintain comprehensive recruitment records, and generate recruitment reports.
  3. Expand and diversify recruitment channels through the development, operation, maintenance, and execution of talent recruitment activities.
  4. Plan and implement recruitment activities and enhance the employer brand image.

Learning and Development:

  1. Introduce and manage the NPAC's training and development system, including needs analysis, planning, execution, and effectiveness evaluation for the Taiwan branch.
  2. Maintain employee training and development records and assist in introducing new training themes and methods.
  3. Deliver and coordinate training sessions for new-hire induction, general service attitudes, and other headquarters training programs.
  4. Assist department heads in updating job responsibilities, identifying required training projects, and establishing a network of training leaders within each department.

Other HR Projects:

  • Undertake other HR projects and assignments that align with the company's strategic planning and support your professional development.

*** Qualifications ***

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on mass hiring and Learning and Development (Advanced education may substitute for some required years of experience).
  • Professional bilingual capability in English and Chinese.
  • Enthusiastic about employer branding and promoting a positive, learning-oriented workplace.
  • IT savvy and willing to utilize tools to enhance work efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of the Taiwan Labor Standards Act and related regulations.
  • BA in HR or a related major.
