Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Territory Managers to craft organization-wide people strategies and solutions
  • Ensure completion of the annual HR program and global initiatives with high quality delivery
  • Lead and coach international HR teams through the execution of HR programs, processes and strategic initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and compensation planning)
  • Build effective communication to reach regional HR team's consensus and build mutual trust between HQ and country HR
  • Plan and deploy territory specific people solutions and ensure they fully understand management purposes, details, and procedures to achieve goals
  • Review HR operation procedure to ensure all HR operations adhere to law and regulations
  • Manage and develop HR key talents of the territory by driving their engagement with global HR community via sharing across countries and facilitating their continuous alignment with biz managers.

Qualifications and background

  • Excellent English in oral and written
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication or presentation skills
  • At least 5 years of international HR management working experience, including over 3 year of HR team management
  • Strong in strategic HR Management
  • Sound knowledge of full HR cycle/processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management, compensation management, global mobility)
  • Strong People Management and Development knowledge and skills
  • Well understand Labor law compliance study and clarification
  • Ability to learn system, process and new technologies
  • Hands on HR project planning / execution experience
  • Strong Consulting and probing skills
  • High quality orientation and attention to detail
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment & can adapt to quick changing priorities
  • Have analytical, logical thinking skills
  • Relationship Management
  • Planning and Organizing
  • Adaptation to ambiguity and diversity
  • Master degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent experience is a plus
