Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for your business unit. Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to proactively plan and optimize workforce efficiency, while providing strategic support in developing future staffing solutions.
2. Strategically contribute to organizational development (OD), organizational effectiveness (OE), and workforce planning initiatives.
3. Analyze comprehensive people data to identify organizational challenges and assist in crafting effective people strategies.
4. Act as an employee advocate by establishing effective communication channels between business leaders and employees to foster mutual understanding.
5. Work closely with HR Operations Center partners on various HRBP initiatives and projects.
6. Oversee annual HR-related processes such as performance management development (PMD), promotions, salary reviews, and more.
7. Handle other HRBP-related ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
1. A master's degree or higher is required.
2. More than 7 years of relevant work experience.
3. Demonstrated passion for people and employee development.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
5. Strong engagement and communication skills with stakeholders.
6. High agility and resilience when facing uncertainty, changes, and personal development challenges.
7. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
8. HR experience in any subject domain is considered an advantage.
