About The Opportunity
The position will provide operational support in the function under HR Operations for staffing-related transnational support. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR in all functions to drive execution. This role will also assist in the daily management and distribution of work arrangements to maximize operational efficiency.This is a full-time role located in Taipei and reports to the HROPs Lead or Head of HR.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end onboarding and offboarding processes for overseas employees, ensuring accurate compliance with local laws and timely communication with stakeholders
- Assist with work permit applications for employees in non-TW countries, serving as the primary contact for inquiries.
- Compile and maintain labor policies for overseas entities and provide day-to-day HR support to employees.
- Serve as the main contact for oversea employees benefit programs
- Oversee the scheduling and system setup for performance reviews and goal-setting activities, and follow up on probationary results.
Requirement
- 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in process management.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
