Responsibilities
1. Support domestic and overseas product commercialization teams, gain in-depth understanding of business conditions and team operations, understand business strategies and promote the effective implementation of human resource strategies in business departments 2. Be able to gain insight into organizational and team problems, and apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide business teams with comprehensive solutions, including (but not limited to) human resource work such as training, performance, and employee relations, and promote the implementation of solutions 3. Assist in the construction of the organization and team atmosphere, promote the construction of the company culture and the rapid development of the business 4. Together with the recruitment team, be responsible for the team building of the business department, use various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs, design personnel growth paths and personnel training programs according to the existing team situation, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on the implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and those with international HRBP work experience are preferred 3. Good at communication, like independent thinking, and strong self-drive 4. Strong learning and stress resistance, proactive, down-to-earth and careful, able to adapt to the company's fast-growing work rhythm 5. Able to accept business trips to Southeast Asia.
