Responsibilities
1. Strong business understanding ability, quickly grasp business status and team operation status, understand business strategy and promote the effective implementation of human resource strategy in business departments 2. According to the business team situation, clarify the competency quality model, design personnel growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement talent development plan and follow up implementation 3. According to the needs of business development, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide the business team with a full range of human resource solutions, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other aspects 4. Establish effective and diverse communication channels within the team to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization, promote corporate culture construction and employee engagement.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience as Party A HRBP, in-depth practice in 1-2 directions of human resources such as HRBP/performance/training/employee relations/corporate culture, management consulting is preferred 2. Have a certain understanding of Internet business, strong curiosity and willingness to learn can communicate and exchange across cultures, and can use collaborative tools to solve cross-regional organizational diagnosis, adjustment and improvement problems 3. Strong hands-on ability, able to establish a close link between HR work and business needs, and help the business succeed 4. English can be used as a working language.
