Responsibilities
1. Support the international short video product development team, gain an in-depth understanding of the business status and team operation status, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resource strategy in the business department 2. Be able to have insight into the problems of the organization and the team, and apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide the business team with a full range of solutions, including (but not limited to) human resource work such as training, performance, and employee relations, and promote the implementation of the plan 3. Assist in the construction of the organization and team atmosphere, promote the construction of the company culture and the rapid development of the business 4. Together with the recruitment team, be responsible for the team building of the business department, use various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs, design personnel growth paths and personnel training programs according to the existing team situation, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a working language, 5 years or more of human resources work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance, etc., and those with Internet HRBP work experience are preferred 3. Have a team spirit and a high sense of responsibility, good at communication, and like independent thinking 4. Strong sense of time, can handle multiple tasks at the same time, and complete work efficiently and on time, strong learning ability, proactive, down-to-earth and careful can adapt to the company's fast-growing work pace.
