Key Responsibilities

This role mainly handles and supports HR related tasks and projects in Taipei site. The tasks and projects are listed below.

  • Handles HR operational tasks.
  • Supports HR projects, including but not limited to Fresh Graduate Induction Program, managerial programs, and other HR related programs.
  • Supports ER cases.
  • Analyzes people/organizational data and provide insights and suggestions.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations inTaiwan.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency inanalytics tool(e.g.,PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for managing employee relations and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team, with a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives.
  • Proficient in English.
