Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at JM VisTec System located in Taipei City. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.
Job Description
- Perform personnel and administrative information integration, document archiving and management operations, such as personnel registration, resignation and change operations, salary and attendance, performance bonuses, year-end bonus calculation and issuance, labor and health insurance additions and withdrawals, second-generation health insurance declaration, salary income Report work.
- Establish and maintain employees basic personal information, job descriptions, work rules, job rotation records, leave/absence and performance evaluation records.
- Design and manage the company's performance management system, and use performance evaluation results to provide reference for management decisions, such as salary increases, bonuses, bonuses, promotions, transfers, retentions, layoffs, or recognition of employee contributions, etc.
- Plan the budget for manpower utilization, establish and maintain the company's salary system and work rules, manage employee welfare systems, and provide personnel management reports (such as working hours planning, attendance management, etc.).
- Plan the companys training and development system.
- Apply for government-related industry subsidies and industry-university cooperation projects
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications is a plus
