Job Description:
- Enable business priorities to support company's strategic expansion and growth.
- Develop, modify, and implement TA strategy, leading tactic design for the overall people vision, with employment branding strategies to support expansion of Key functions.
- Accountable leadership, decisiveness, and effective management skills, fostering strong relationships with individuals and teams alike and ensuring that all reach their full potential while, importantly, achieving organizational goals.
Preference:
- Minimum of 15+ years HR experience.
