Human Resources Manager_oversea
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the leadership of the human resources function in Overseas region (mainly Europe and USA). This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: including but not limited to payroll administration, benefits administration, employee relations and engagement, training and development, performance management, onboarding, recruitment/employment, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance and ad hoc projects/task assignment.
- Work with key stakeholder
- Supervise payroll and compensation & benefit programs.
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures for compliance, employee wellness and safety.
- Facilitate annual performance management program, people review and succession review with site HR and leadership team.
- Work closely with site HR to implement company-wide policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Lead recruitment effort for IDL employees, new-employee orientations and onboarding program.
- Prepare and follow annual HR budget with headcount planning, people cost and training budget.
- Manage and coordinator training programs, including compliance training and leadership development.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, including but not limited to counseling, coaching, evaluation and decision- making.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or related field.
- Working understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and writing.
Experience Required
- At least 10 years human resources management experience and/or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years people manager/leadership experience.
Other qualifications
Very minimal: up to 4 trips within Taiwan and 1 international may be required
