About the Role
As part of the HR team, this role will act as CoE to oversee the global HR activities and projects. In this role, you will lead the set up and scaling of human resource projects globally, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, process optimisation, and strategic alignment with business goals.
Role Objective
The ideal candidate will work closely with HRBP, HR Manager, and Business Managers in all functions to drive HR projects. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating with global teams, and be comfortable driving human resource best practices, processes and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with business needs, ensuring an optimal candidate experience. Explore various recruitment channels to attract talent for positions worldwide.
- University Relations Recruitment: Lead initiatives or develop significant and innovative ways to strategically build up talent pipeline and hiring programs for interns, apprentices and graduates.
- Expatriation and Mobility Management: Develop and manage mobility policies, expatriation packages, and salary benchmarks while ensuring compliance with global tax, social security, and immigration legislation. Serve as the primary point of contact for all global mobility inquiries from stakeholders at all levels (HR, line managers, assignee) in accordance with Global Mobility Policies and practices.
- Talent Development: Oversee and consolidate internal and external resources for talent management, driving talent development projects to foster employee growth and development.
- Global Projects: Develop and manage global HR projects, collaborating with international HR teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in human resource management.
- Traceable experience in HR project management or 8+ years in full-functions, overseas or global experience is highly preferred.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have strong interpersonal and organisation skills.
