Responsible for performing HR responsibilities for Getac regional offices (US, UK, Germany, France and others)
Responsibilities
- Act as a HR Business partner for the leaders and employees in Getac oversea organizations (including all regional offices and new market sites)
- Co-work with regional HR teams (North America/EMEA/China) and external HR service providers to ensure sufficient HR operations & services are delivered in all countries.
- Conduct research & analysis in global markets employment practices and build up networks & resources for developing global HR management guidelines and new market expansion plans.
- Provide advice and support on company policies and procedures, legislation and performance management.
- Consolidate, analyze, and drive the process for salary action process (merit increase, bonus pay out, budget) and support in the compensation proposal and administration.
- Arrange and support on global events.
- Keep informed and up to date regarding industry standards and best practices for expatriate management.
- Perform other related duties as required
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years experience in a similar HR role
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English language skills and must be proficient both verbally and in writing
- Advanced office and IT skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
