I. JOB SUMMARY
The HR Specialist manages payroll operations for TW employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing outsourced payroll services, administering social and group insurance, maintaining HRIS records, facilitating tax filings, and supporting audits. Additionally, this role streamlines onboarding/offboarding processes and assists with ad-hoc HR assignments.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Job Description:
- Manage monthly payroll for TW employees using outsourced payroll services.
- Handle final checks and off-cycle payments for employees.
- Administer social and group insurance for employees.
- Ensure tax compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate attendance records in HRIS system, including timecards, leave requests, and Paid Time Off.
- Process annual income and withholding tax filings.
- Assist with statutory audits and tax compliance.
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and documentation.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments.
III. OTHERS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of payroll experience; experience managing outsourced payroll services is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and pivot tables.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Experience with Workday and HRIS systems is a plus.
