HR Operations - Taiwan
As part of the HR Operations team, this role will be responsible for managing HR activities Taiwan while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Local HR Operations:
Assist in managing day-to-day HR activities and ensure compliance with local HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
Provide HR support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and issues.
-Support PMO-Related Matters:
Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support HR-related aspects of projects.
Assist in the implementation and management of project-related HR initiatives and processes.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR and PMO teams.
- Support Local HRP (Human Resource Partner) Related Matters:
Assist in the development and execution of HR planning and workforce management strategies.
Support local HR planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
Collaborate with HRP teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
3. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
