PURPOSE
Responsible for human resources development related work, providing professional human resources solutions to improve organizational development effectiveness and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish friendly and trusting strategic partnerships, in-depth and foresee potential issues in advance, and provide innovative HR solutions.
- Implement HR related projects and conduct internal communication & coordination.
- Develop and execute HR projects, such as project recruitment, executive search, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
- Human Resources data & organizational strategies to provide valuable insights & recommendations to internal customers to achieve the company's organizational strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Good English with TOEIC score above 600
- Experience on project planning, data analysis and presentation
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of HR principles and legal requirements in Taiwan
- Good at communication and teamwork
- 5+ years of HR full function or HRBP roles preferred
