We are looking for an experienced Identity and Messaging Engineer with deep expertise in managing messaging and identity systems in global matrix organizations. The successful candidate will identify infrastructure issues, develop best practices, and implement solutions to optimize performance across systems managed by the team. This role also involves leading a team in planning and implementing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Messaging and Identity Management Services, ensuring optimization and alignment with business needs.
- Perform hands-on management of Identity and Messaging Infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and Multifactor Authentication technologies.
- Research and implement innovative solutions to improve service availability, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct security audits and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and system integrity.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as an Architect in Messaging and Identity Management Services.
- 2 years of experience leading technical projects in a global organization. Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience in permissions management.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, AD Federation Services, Office 365, Azure AD, and Hybrid Configurations.
- Familiarity with Intune Policies, SAML configurations, Multifactor Authentication technologies, and security protocols like DKIM, SPF, DMARC.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux systems, as well as virtualization infrastructure and SaaS services.
- Excellent communication with intermediate or higher proficiency in English, enabling close collaboration with international colleagues.
