Responsibilities
1. Market strategy planning: formulate activity goals and execution strategies based on business goal requirements 2. Market activity implementation: integrate internal and external resources and implement them 3. Market strategy productization: accumulate experience and implement product-driven strategies 4. Content marketing: integrate internal and external empowerment needs of the business and empower B-end market content 5. Marketing effect analysis: review/attribution/analysis of the overall implemented projects 6. Budget management: Reasonably control the department budget and ROI control ratio.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 3 years of experience in the Internet B-end market, including but not limited to project coordination, resource management and integration, communication experience, etc. 2. Familiar with Douyin e-commerce/Douyin life service business, understand the product system of the huge engine have online and offline event experience and strong execution ability, including but not limited to salons, summits, etc. 3. Have knowledge and experience in branding, marketing, social media and advertising, and have excellent resource integration and creativity 4. Strong communication, coordination and resource integration capabilities, flexible mind, rich creativity, and experience in independently completing the entire process of market activities 5. Be sensitive to numbers, have data analysis capabilities and integrated logical thinking be sensitive to budgets, arrange project budgets reasonably and have statistical and analytical thinking 6. Be team-spirited and good at communication can accept frequent business trips according to work needs.
