Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product capability building on the industry fulfillment side, organize project plans according to phased business and product goals, and promote high-quality product implementation by all parties 2. Responsible for the product capability design of consumer-side shopping guides and user growth such as old-for-new trade-in for industry fulfillment, improve business results on the user side for trade-in business, and continuously optimize and iterate 3. In-depth understanding of the characteristics of the industry population, design corresponding user routes and channels, optimize user experience, improve conversion, participate in the formulation of business growth strategies, consensus and promotion of implementation 4. Pay close attention to industry trends, lead the design of related products, link the capabilities of e-commerce middle platform, and gradually accumulate closed-loop product capabilities with platform characteristics.
Qualifications
1. 5 years or more of experience in Internet business products, and those with experience in e-commerce and retail related industries 2. Those with experience in designing e-commerce or Internet service systems, products, tools and service processes are preferred 3. Good data analysis ability, strong logical thinking ability, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments, and promote the smooth progress of projects 4. Strong learning ability, self-drive and sense of responsibility, passionate about work, innovative, like challenges, good at thinking, and able to withstand work pressure 5. Good cross-team cooperation and organizational coordination skills, passionate and responsible.
