Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to provide merchants with advertising business solutions with industry characteristics, formulate industry operation strategies, increase the number of active mid-level customers and ARPU, achieve performance goals, and be responsible for industry operating results 2. Industry data analysis and strategy formulation, output operation SOP processes and tools, accumulate high-quality customers operation methodology, empower other merchants in the industry, and drive the overall growth of industry operations and advertising 3. Propose a feasible plan for industry product optimization, and build industry operation advantages for merchants through testing and implementation 4. Complete the team talent echelon construction and organizational efficiency improvement, correctly interpret and effectively practice culture.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience 2. Have strategy formulation and strong execution and implementation capabilities, can precipitate industry methodology, good at systematic thinking, and students with experience in the 3C digital industry are preferred 3. Have led an operation team of 10-20 people, have strong team management capabilities, have business awareness, and are good at coordinating the work of the operation team 4. Have a keen sense of the market and strong business sensitivity, and have a more accurate judgment on the development trend of the industry 5. Have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong enterprising spirit, full of energy, optimism, and a spirit of research and deep thinking.
