Information Technology Specialist

The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the

organization's information technology infrastructure, with a focus on system

analysis, network management, workplace support, business requirement

analysis, design, and digitalization transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct system analysis to evaluate existing IT systems, identify areas

for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

Manage and maintain the organizations network infrastructure,

ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly to

minimize disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design

IT solutions, and develop implementation plans to meet business

objectives.

Lead digitalization transformation projects, identifying opportunities to

streamline processes, automate workflows, and leverage emerging

technologies.

Stay with industry trends and best practices in IT solutions, continuously

seeking opportunities to optimize and innovate IT systems and

processes.

Align with groups strategy on Digitalization, Transformation, and

Innovation to fulfill business requirement.

Required Experience & Skills :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, computer Science, or a

related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, network

management, and workplace support.

Familiarity with common systems such as Windows, VMware and Cisco,

and network protocols and services.

Experience with M365, Teams Telephony and relevant Microsoft

collaborative solution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess

complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Proficiency in business requirement analysis and solution design, with a

focus on aligning IT initiatives with strategic business goals.

Experience leading digitalization transformation projects, including

requirements gathering, solution architecture, and project

management.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Moderate English communication skills is required.

Shipping knowledge is a plus.
