Responsibilities

In-depth support for all technical issues of the byte system, including emergency response, emergency dispatch, collaborative processing and overall business guarantee, and continuously optimize the quality, efficiency, and cost of the system to improve the overall service quality 5. Lead and promote the implementation of standard stability assurance solutions into product tools, reduce costs through product tools, improve service efficiency, and realize efficient, automated and scalable technical service operation modes 6. Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the Internet industry, with a deep understanding of one or more of the following fields: R&D, monitoring, Stability, technical risk 2. Rich practical experience in ensuring the stability of business or infrastructure systems, such as process optimization and process improvement in complex business scenarios, realization of high-availability architecture of the system, improvement of organizational stability awareness, etc. 3. Have experience in the construction and operation of a stability assurance system from 0 to 1 (process, standardization, standardization, toolization, productization, continuous improvement) 4. Have clear analytical logic and overall thinking on problems, and be able to propose Have creative solutions and solutions, and have good communication skills and structured expression skills, as well as a sense of teamwork 5.
