1. Responsible for formulating the judgment criteria for infringement disputes of Douyin users 2. Based on policies, public opinion, data, precedents, etc., evaluate the rationality of rules in each scenario, formulate and iterate standards 3. Collaborate with product, review, customer service and other teams to ensure that the implementation effect of the standards meets expectations.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with a background in sociology, journalism and communication, or law preferred 2. Strong sensitivity to policies and public opinion, able to analyze the pain points, demands, and key contradictions of different roles from point to surface and from multiple angles 3. Candidates with experience in infringement reporting, dispute resolution, judgment, and contract performance preferred 4. Good judgment, user empathy, logical ability, copywriting ability, and communication skills.
