Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the incentive policy and assessment system of Douyin Life Service MCN institution, conduct in-depth research and understand the institution's business model, identify problems and opportunities, and drive growth through incentives and assessment methods 2. Combined with business goals and institutional operating status, output multi-dimensional institutional incentive policies and promote the implementation of collaborative teams, balance policy benefits and optimize ROI, and continuously review and iterate 3. Make effective institutional incentive policies SOP-based and product-based, formulate an institutional incentive operation framework, and work with product managers to complete product plan launch and optimization 4. Improve the operation of the institutional rating system, including optimizing rating rules and enriching rating rights, and drive institutional growth through rating.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience in strategic operations/growth strategy/activity strategy, with MCN agency, live broadcast guild, service provider operation experience preferred, and those with outstanding project experience preferred 2. Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities, independently conduct complex analysis, and find business handles 3. Strong execution and driving force, with good internal and external collaboration, expression and project management capabilities 4. Strong empathy, sense of responsibility, and self-drive.
