Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the procurement of various types of projects under the market category including but not limited to social marketing, new media KOL procurement, creative video production, offline activities and other subcategories 2. Develop procurement strategies and plans according to project requirements, respond to business needs in a timely manner, and be able to carry out effective strategic planning and response management for different procurement scenarios 3. Provide process optimization and solution optimization suggestions to improve overall procurement efficiency and optimize marketing results 4. Analyze data, summarize problems, improve procurement management, and handle complex projects or solve complex problems 5. Carry out corresponding supplier management and business partner relationship maintenance, assist in establishing a sound management system, and optimize procurement strategy output.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of procurement execution experience, with market category procurement management experience preferred 2. Have independent problem-solving ability, face the needs and challenges of the business and unfamiliar fields or tasks, can provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner and independently execute to get results 3. Must have excellent cost management, negotiation ability, risk control and project management awareness 4. Good at communication, strong judgment, and good supplier resources and procurement strategy management capabilities 5. Work seriously, actively, have excellent personal values, have a good team spirit, and can promote cross-departmental cooperation 6. Have rich experience in at least 12 market segment sub-categories, can quickly act as an expert to make suggestions on processes, system optimization, and resource richness, and work with the team to quickly promote feasible optimization plans.
