Responsibilities
1. Formulate platform intellectual property protection policies, including but not limited to complaint procedures, infringement judgment rules, infringement penalty rules, infringement prevention strategies, etc., and assist business in solving individual case problems in policy implementation 2. Participate in building platform intellectual property protection tools and products, including but not limited to intellectual property complaint system platform, infringement review tools and models, etc. 3. Coordinate platform intellectual property protection projects and coordinate all relevant parties to promote the implementation of project goals 4. Follow up on domestic and international intellectual property law and policy supervision trends and industry dynamics, communicate with right holders and industry organizations according to business needs, and feed back the formulation and optimization of the platform's intellectual property protection policy 5. Provide intellectual property legal consultation and guidance for each product, and cooperate with relevant departments to provide legal knowledge training for employees.
Qualifications
1. Law major, bachelor degree or above 2. More than 5 years of legal work experience, familiar with platform responsibility-related laws such as the Civil Code, E-Commerce Law, and Digital Millennium Act 3. If English can be used as a working language, has relevant industry work experience or is familiar with intellectual property-related laws, priority will be given 4. Those with strong self-drive, timely response, conscientiousness and responsibility, and strong coordination skills are preferred.
