Responsibilities
Team Introduction: We are the intelligent customer service team of ByteDance Data-E-commerce department. We are committed to building the industry's leading Chatbot (conversational robot). Our products include Platform Customer Service that has enabled ByteDance e-commerce, Merchant Customer Service that serves millions of Douyin store sellers, and Platform Business Service that serves enterprises. Responsible for the basic research and development of natural language processing, the semantic understanding of natural language, and building ByteDance's leading intelligent human-computer interaction system. Mainly includes: 1. Research and development of natural language understanding algorithms and technologies 2. Research and development of dialogue management algorithms and technologies, including SOP process optimization, multi-round dialogue management, Taskbot, KBQA, etc. 3. Research and development of FAQ and intelligent question and answer, including text matching, vectorized recall, etc. 4. Research and development of intent understanding and slot recognition, including text classification, sequence labeling, etc. 5. Application and product development for artificial intelligence customer service robots.
Qualifications
1. Applicants with practical development and working experience in natural language processing, search, machine learning, deep learning, intelligent question and answer, dialogue management, knowledge graph, text generation, human-computer dialogue, etc. are preferred 2. Applicants are curious, like new things, good at cooperation, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure 3. Applicants are familiar with at least one computer programming language, including but not limited to C/C++/Java/Go/Python 4. Applicants with high-level papers are preferred, including but not limited to ACL, EMNLP, COLING, WWW, AAAI, etc. 5. Applicants with strong practical skills, ACMICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle competition winners are preferred 6. Applicants with outstanding performance can ignore the above requirements.
