Process Integration Engineering Intern
Skyworks solutions is seeking a process/integration/device engineering intern within the Foundry Operations Engineering grp. We work with world class foundries to deliver process and device technologies for RF, CMOS, BCD products. We strive to maximize yield while maintaining performance and cost with zero-defect mindset to deliver best in class quality.
Education
Masters or Ph.d. Engineering Candidate (currently enrolled)
Responsibilities Include
Support the development/ramp/production of various products across multiple fabs by analyzing & modeling Silicon yield and pcm electrical results.
Collaborate with technology development, product, quality, reliability and manufacturing teams to ensure the process technologies meets objectives.
Working with the various foundries to meet device targets, yield and reliability targets.
Minimum Requirements
Currently pursuing graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
Equivalent 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in devices, materials or process engineering
Flexible and interested in a wide range of topics within semiconductors devices physics, process and material
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
