International Advertising Algorithm Engineer - Strategy Center (Beijing)

1. Participate in/be responsible for the optimization of ByteDance's international business advertising ranking algorithm, improve system monetization efficiency and customer experience 2. Be responsible for the full-link optimization (recall/rough ranking/fine ranking) of large-scale advertising systems, and continuously improve the system monetization efficiency 3. Fully perceive customer feedback and fundamentally improve customer experience through full-link optimization, including model generalization/material exploration and utilization/automatic targeting, etc.

1. Excellent coding skills, solid data structure and algorithm foundation, solid machine learning/deep learning theory and practical experience 2. Familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch), familiar with its underlying architecture and implementation mechanism 3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems 4. Passionate about technology, good communication skills and team spirit. Bonus points 1. Experience in model or customer ecology work in advertising and recommendation scenarios 2. Published papers at relevant conferences (ICML & NIPS & ICLR, Recsys & KDD, etc.) 3. Experience in the open source community of deep learning programming frameworks.
