Responsibilities
1. Build and manage a talented, diverse and inclusive multimedia design team, deliver consistent quality, and maintain a balance in various design skills 2. Conduct user research to understand user preferences, behaviors and pain points develop revenue tools (mainly gift animations) to help anchors and viewers create a better experience 3. Actively participate in the future planning of revenue business, and drive more diverse content and more diverse revenue models through design 4. Drive the generation of ideas and the development of product strategies through content-centric insights work with product managers, operations, engineers, user research and strategy to oversee the user experience of gifts from creativity to launch 5. Develop design standards and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and efficiency of all projects 6. Set clear expectations and goals for the team while being responsible for individual and team success provide clear, actionable feedback and support to develop team members.
Qualifications
1. More than 1 year of management experience, more than 3 years of experience in digital content strategy, visual media, production and related fields 2. Experience as a live broadcaster or experience spending money on live broadcasting, and a strong interest in the live broadcast business 3. Experience in developing and implementing monetization strategies, understanding basic business models and how design can contribute 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 5. Familiar with production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. 6. English level reaches C1 and above of CEFR. Bonus points: 1. Experience in NFT, Metaverse, virtual goods, gaming industry, film/commercial production or any end-to-end design field understand the benefits of artificial intelligence and new technologies to production understand the operation of virtual goods, digital products or gaming industry 2. Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to connect with people through media self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement 3. Strong communication and presentation skills, especially communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive team culture 4. Experience in user research, data analysis and the ability to interpret data and user feedback to provide actionable insights 5. Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to solve problems through organizational strategies 6. Multilingual, including but not limited to English, Chinese, Japanese and other languages.
