Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the creative concept, production and release of virtual gifts, mainly in the form of animation for LIVE 2. Analyze the feedback of anchors and users on gift animations, and use indicators such as sales and retention to formulate strategies to drive engagement and increase gift sales 3. Study the aesthetic preferences of different countries, and use cultural understanding to help the team achieve diverse styles and perspectives 4. Propose creative ideas by exploring valuable initiatives beyond virtual gift animations, such as short video production, physical collectibles, and special effect filters.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in digital content strategy, visual media, production, or related fields 2. Have good aesthetics and experience in full-process digital media production (from concept to release, such as movies, games, and advertisements) 3. Have experience as a live broadcaster or have spent money on live broadcasting, and have a strong interest in the live broadcasting business 4. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 5. Proficient in using production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. 6. English can be used as a working language. Bonus points: 1. Ability to independently complete the entire process of digital media production (including but not limited to movies, advertisements, games, TV series, short videos, etc.) 2. Excellent storytelling skills, able to impress your audience with your work 3. Understanding of physical product manufacturing, including production process, materials and cost management 4. Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies, and how they empower creative production 5. Good at analyzing data, and can effectively transform user feedback into ideas for improving design 6. Understanding of virtual goods, NFT or the gaming industry.
