Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the international short video advertising side of overseas customers, complete data monitoring and promote the commercialization income of the industry in charge, with operation experience preferred 2. Deeply explore customer operation and marketing needs, understand the industry business model, output industry insights and benchmark cases, continuously output operation strategies and complete implementation, and effectively empower sales students and customers 3. Responsible for product/research projects that can solve industry and customer issues, independently formulate and implement the overall project promotion plan, and achieve effective results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in cross-border e-commerce industry operation, advertising operation, and customer operation, understanding of short video/information flow/live broadcast and other operation modes, and experience in cross-border e-commerce Internet platforms, agency companies, and industry Party A companies are preferred 2. Have strong data analysis and product implementation capabilities, can find patterns, problems and opportunities through data analysis, and support business departments to output solutions, and work with the team to achieve results 3. Have structured thinking, can disassemble data analysis industry strategies, think about and inventory the current situation of customers, have project management capabilities, can dispatch resources to effectively promote results, and have strong learning ability, execution ability, self-drive and stress resistance, high maturity, suitable for intensive work rhythm 4. Have basic English reading and speaking skills.
