Responsibilities
1. Participate in the formulation of cross-border logistics forward and reverse solutions, and be responsible for the formulation of SOPs for the entire cross-border logistics fulfillment process and the management of logistics providers 2. Be responsible for the timeliness, cost and experience-related indicators of the fulfillment route, build an operation system, track daily operation data, follow up on daily operation matters, and coordinate logistics provider resources to ensure the steady and continuous improvement of various operation indicators 3. According to the performance issues at different stages of the business, it can promote relevant departments to carry out special optimization of logistics performance issues, and cooperate with relevant departments to improve the cross-border logistics performance experience 4. Communicate and coordinate across departments, actively propose process and product-related improvement points during the operation process, and can lead the promotion of related projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with different models of cross-border e-commerce import business, and have managed e-commerce logistics and export parcel operation lines 2. Priority is given to those with relevant work experience in building logistics operations from 0 to 1, and experience in related operations of Latin American logistics lines 3. Familiar with international e-commerce processes and logistics operation modes, operation management modes, and skilled operation and management experience 4. High sense of responsibility and strong data analysis ability 5. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Spanish is preferred, and overseas study or work experience is preferred.
