International E-commerce - American Scale Investment and Incubation

1. Responsible for international e-commerce investment and merchant growth, with the core goal of increasing the number of available merchants, merchant activity, and GMV growth 2. Manage investment activities, email marketing, digital marketing, merchant tasks, merchant communities, merchant seminars and other educational activities 3. Analyze the merchant life cycle and pain points through data-driven methods, and identify opportunities that can help merchants grow better through scale-based means 4. Work with algorithm, user growth, market, product and other teams to optimize seller experience and enable more than 10,000 sellers to grow.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of e-commerce related experience 2. Experience in large-scale user or merchant growth, familiar with topics such as investment promotion, incentive policies, marketing, advertising, merchant education, etc. 3. Sensitive to data, able to define goals and see progress able to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize strategies 4. Good at cross-team collaboration and driving things forward, able to work with a wide range of people to promote successful projects 5. Strong learning ability, proactive, adaptable, and able to deal with pressure well 6. Fluent in English or Spanish, and those with experience in the Latin American market are preferred.
