Responsibilities
1. Determine alliance program strategy based on business needs, and use alliance services/platforms to drive large-scale growth in high-quality creators/content supply and creator business 2. Work with cross-functional teams to improve the creator experience on the platform, initiate and create growth opportunities for creators, including but not limited to online and offline activities, brand opportunities, product launches, etc. 3. Know people and assign them to the right positions, overcome uncertainty, adapt to frequent changes and influence key partners break down complex problems, design new approaches and create scalable solutions 4. Develop short-term and long-term creator development strategies, and be responsible for expanding the scale of e-commerce creators and market sales 5. Establish and develop improved internal processes to support the growth of all categories of partners and creators 6. Improve creator business awareness by establishing and expanding creator success case studies, participate in partner meetings, and help increase partners awareness of the creator network.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 4 years of content platform related experience Business experience preferred 2. Close connections with creators and creator organizations preferred 3. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and flexible in an organizational environment 4. Excellent logical analysis skills and data sensitivity 5. Experience in managing a diverse team 6. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across different personnel and job functions fluent in English and Portuguese Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, adapt to cross-functional work in domestic and overseas work environments.
